›How do I create an account?
Click Sign in in the top right and choose to sign up. You'll need a valid email address.
›How do I post to my borough?
From the homepage, use the composer at the top of the feed. Choose your borough and audience, write your post, and hit Post.
›How do I list something for sale or for free?
Go to For Sale & Free and click Sell something. Add photos, a description, and price (or mark it free).
›How do I list a property?
Visit Real Estate and click List property. You'll add the address, beds/baths, price, and photos.
›How do I claim my business?
Find your business on the Businesses page, open the listing, and click Claim this business. An admin will review.
›How do messages work?
When someone is interested in your listing or wants to chat, they can message you directly. You'll see new messages in the inbox bell at the top.
›How do I delete my account?
Email hello@informed.nyc and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.
